Mingle, Quinta da Ermegeira 2019 (Lisboa, Portugal)

Blend of 3 varieties selected from parcels within 5.5ha of estate vineyards with an average age of 25-30 years. 40% Castelão, 30% Tinta Roriz and 30% Alicante Bouschet all grown organically over clay-limestone soils. Hand harvested, fermented with native yeasts in separate stainless tanks and blended before bottling. Unfined and unfiltered. No added sulphur. Annual production is around 2,200 bottles.
