Mino Carbo Rosso, Cantina Furlani 2020 (Trentino, Italy)

Mostly Marzemino with some white grapes thrown in for good measure, all from biodynamic vineyards in the Dolomites. Everything is left to ferment whole cluster carbonic, then pressed off to steel and bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Juicy and bright and should definitely be served chilled.
