Monastrell "Nuet", La Zafra 2020 (Alicante, Spain)

Monastrell from a 20 year old dry farmed vineyard destemmed and fermented in small stainless-steel tank with 3 days of maceration on their skins. Bottled without fining, filtering, or sulfur addition. Deep dark fruit with nice spice, but juicy and fresh from the short maceration. Burger wine.
