85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Riesling from younger organic vines in Castelletto Merli, in Monferrato, fermented in stainless steel, then aged in concrete and lightly filtered with minimal sulfur added. Definitely in the patio pounder category with bright crisp notes of green apple and ripe citrus, aromatic but bone dry.
