This is a blend of mostly Garnatxa and Syrah with a little Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from organic vineyards around Falset grown on a special type of granite called sauló, all hand harvested and fermented spontaneously, then aged in a mix of concrete and different sized barrels before getting bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Full bodied with spiced dark red fruit and chiseled minerality. Rich and intense.
