A lively blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Ehrenselser, Scheurebe, Sylvaner, Viognier, and Pinot Gris all from organic fruit, some purchased from neighbors, aged in Amphora made on site from the same clay the vines grow in (!!) for 10 months. Low alcohol and light on her feet and bone dry with exotic aromatic notes and textured with a long salty mineral finish. Sushi wine of champions.
