50% Viognier, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir. Honeysuckle, brioche, a touch of mead, round and nicely concentrated, with fresh finish. Made by Yuki Nakano a former Sommelier from Kyoto's top restaurants, now working on New Zealand's south island.
