O Acordo Vino Tinto, Adega de Vimbio '17 (Galicia, Spain)

Old school Clarete, which is a blend of red and white grapes. This is from two organic parcels on clay soils right on the coast, 30yr old estate Albariño and 5yr old Sousón, a native red variety purchased from a neighboring farmer. Grapes were hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed immediately before undergoing fermentation and lees-aging in stainless steel tanks. Dark in color, but drinks like a rosé, so keep it in the fridge. So good!
