We love Sicilian wine! Fabrizio Vella is working with organic vineyards just outside of Marsala. This is 100% Catarratto wild fermented in acacia barrels and left on the skin for 5 days, then aged in steel before getting bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Nice round orchard fruit with candied orange zest and wild herbs.
