This is a field blend of Sumoll, Ulle de Llebre (aka Tempranillo) and Syrah from a single vineyard of old organic vines in the hills of Penedes, hand harvested and destemmed, wild fermented and pressed off to old barrels before getting bottled unfined (vegan) and lightly filtered with almost no sulfur added. On the lighter side of medium bodied with bright crunchy red berries, earthy mushroom notes and mountain herbs.
