This is a big native Catalan blend of Malvasia de Sitges, Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada & Sumoll Blanco all from organic vineyards in the hills of Penedes grown and produced naturally by Ignasi Segui whse family has been farming this land since the 1400s. He takes a little bit from each of his white vineyards and throws it all in to the Pim Pam tank, some whole cluster, some destemmed, all wild fermented together and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Aromatic and pretty with nice texture. Not an orange wine, but leans in that direction.
