This is a pet nat made from 75% Gamay and 25% Mondeuse from organic vineyards that are technically in Bugey, but right on the border of Jura, farmed and produced naturally by Gregoire Perron. Fresh and bright with crunchy red fruit and a little funk. Drink this with spicy food and your nerdy natural wine friends.
