Phil'en Bulle comes from pet nat master, Philippe Tessier. Here he is working with two white varieties local to the Loire region, Menu Pineau and Romorantin. The vineyard exists in a microclimate that keeps the vineyards cool, situated between the Loire River and the forest of Cheverny, Chambord and Solonge and has been Ecocert certified since 1998. No fining, filtering, or so2 added.
