This is a special set of one-off bottlings that won't be repeated. Pierre's "100% Cotton" cuvee, was always a blend of two parcels- Bonnege and Les Mines, but in 2019 his family's lease on Bonnege ran out after working that plot for decades. Pierre decided that instead of blending the two, he would make them individually to highlight the differences.

In that same spirit, we are only offering these wines as a set, instead of individually, so that you can fully nerd out and taste the differences for yourself.
