This beauty is a blend of 50% Muller Thurgau, 35% Sankt Laurent and 15% Gelber Muskateller hand harvested from biodynamic vineyards, then macerated together whole cluster for 24 hours, then pressed off to steel to wild ferment for 6 weeks and rest on the lees for a few months before getting bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Drink this by the gallon... while you can.
