Pinot Noir "Deep Blue", Day Wines NV (Oregon, United States)

100% Pinot Noir from the Momtazi and Johan vineyards, 30% left whole cluster, then pressed to large neutral French oak. This is a blend of 2019, which was left in barrel for 17 months and 2020, which was left in barre for 5 months, then the 2 were blended before bottling. Low sulfur and totally natural. Beautiful spiced cherry and forest floor notes with a silky finish. It's so good!
