Pinot Noir 'Les Constances', Domaine Huber-Verdereau 2017 (Burgundy, France)

Biodynamic Pinot Noir from a few declassified plots in Volnay from vines planted between 1949 and 1997, fermented with native yeast in concrete and macerated for 22 days, then aged on the lees in concrete for 9 months, before a light filtration and minimal sulfur added. Vibrant crunchy red fruit with nice forest floor notes and defined minerality.
