Pinot Noir hand harvested from organic vineyards in San Luis Obispo, fermented spontaneously 10% whole cluster and aged for 6 months in barrel before getting bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Medium to full bodied with spiced red fruit. Land of Saints is a project from Angela and Jason Osbourne (of A Tribute to Grace fame) and Manuel Cuevas (of C2 Cellars fame) who teamed up to make affordable, minimal intervention wines from organic California vineyards and they check all of the boxes and then some. So good!
