E' Rosato Liter, Poderi Cellario 2020 (Piedmont, Italy)

This is a blend of Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, again hand harvested, direct pressed and wild fermented in steel, where it also ages for 6 to 8 months and gets bottled unfined and unfiltered with just a touch of sulfur. Bright, crisp and dry with crunchy red berries and pomegranate. This has plastic cups in the park written all over it.
