Equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from Premier Cru vineyards in 4 villages and this is a blend of 50% 2017, 30% 2016 and 20% 2015 and while its labeled as Extra Brut, there is actually 0 dosage. All of that adds up to a complex wine that's lean and savory with toasty notes of smoked hazelnut, crushed rocks and just-ripe stone fruit.
