Priorat Classic, Fredi Torres 2018 (Priorat, Spain)

75% Garnacha, 20% Carinena, 3% Syrah and 2% Macabeo. Everything is hand harvested, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and then transferred to age partially in neutral French oak (15%) and 85% in stainless steel for 10 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with low S02 at bottling. As the name implies this is classic Priorat with spiced dark berry fruit, crushed flowers and chiseled minerality. Vegan.
