50% Grenache Gris, 20% Grenache Blanc and 30% Macabeu from 2 co-planted plots, 1 that's 50 years old on sandy, stony soil with Grenache Gris and Macabeu and the other is 70 years old planted on granite with Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc. 15 days carbonic, then pressed off to old, large barrel for 5 months, bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. One of our favorite orange wines every year.
