60% Gamay and 40% Pinot Noir both from Biodynamic vineyards, some whole cluster, some de-stemmed, some carbonic and and aged in a mix of locally made clay amphora and barrel. Classic Gamay notes of fresh picked berries with a savory streak from the Pinot Noir. Beautifully made.
