Just north of Madrid in Ribera del Duero, the Esteban family were early pioneers in organic and biodynamic farming. This is their baby made from younger vines of Tinta del Pais (aka Tempranillo) fermented whole cluster in steel and bottled unfiltered. Full bodied with earthy dark purple fruit and crushed rocks.
