Organic Rheingau Riesling, 50% grapes from holdings in Kiedrich, Walluf, Frauenstein 50% purchased. Loess, clay, slate, and quartzite soils. Fermented in tank, aged 6 months on lees. So beautiful and accessible and really well balanced, technically off-dry, but not sweet at all with juicy yellow fruit, wet rocks and a mouthwatering finish.
