Super quaffable, off-dry Riesling at an excellent value from our favorite producer in Nahe, led by female winemaker Caroline Diel. This estate bottling is hand harvested from steep, south-facing vineyards with slate and quartzite soils. Sleek and a little herbaceous on the nose with beautiful acidity and a well-integrated hint of residual sugar on the palate. Drink with spicy crab cakes, chicken satay, German sausages with sauerkraut.
