Amber Dry, Dilao 2019 (Kakheti, Georgia)

50/50 Rkitsali and Mtsvane from organic vineyards in southeastern Georgia. The grapes are hand harvested, then fermented and aged in Qvevri, Georgian clay pots buried in the ground, and left on the skins for a month, resulting in a really accessible orange wine that's light on its feet with just enough grip and nice notes of smoky melon and spice.
