Rkatsiteli from vines grown in Vachnadziani on a hill at 1250 meters above sea level. Wild fermented in stainless steel and macerated on the skins for 5 months and bottled unfiltered with nothing added. Ripe stone fruit, roasted citrus and wild herbs with a little cidery funk.
