Zinfandel and Carignan. A satisfying mid-weight rose, the ETA is driven by a combination of wild strawberry, foraged raspberry, tree fruit, and green apple--all supported by fresh acids and encrusted with the taste of the cellar--mushrooms and sous bois. A Provencal spirit, carrying just a bit more weight than your average Cotes de Provence. Organic grapes vinified using a natural approach.
