Mostly Sangiovese with a little Canaiolo from organic vineyards in Umbria, a region mostly known for Sagrantino from Montefalco, but in Torgiano, Sangiovese is king. Medium bodied with dusty red cherry and baking spice. This is a beautiful excursion for Chianti fans and just a perfect fall red.
