This is a blend of Barbera, Dolcetto, Croatina and a splash of Cortese made all in concrete and bottled with minimal sulfur added. Crushed dark cherry and wild red berries with smoky minerality and mossy forest floor notes and a lipsmacking finish. Great with a little chill, but can go either way.
