Rupestris, Celler Pardas 2022 (Penedes, Spain)

Mostly Xarel-lo and with a little Malvasia de Sitges. Organic production. Fresh and vibrant, with bright yellow fruits, a persistent streak of chalky minerality, and a vivid citrusy finish. So good with buttered scallops or lobster.
