Chardonnay from the the En Remilly vineyard which is a Premier Cru in both Saint Aubin and Chassagne-Montrachet. The vines were planted in 1988 and have never seen chemicals. The grapes where all hand harvested and destemmed, then wild fermented in old barrels where it aged on the lees for 14 months before getting bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. Powerful and complex. This was Dominique's last vintage and it happened to be an excellent one. This wine will be drinking well for years to come.
