Cristian Allamand and his father Raymond Stanislas Allamand have rescued this variety and own the only 1.2ha planted to 100% Saint Jeannet. Grapes are hand-harvested from a vineyard at nearly 1,000m elevation and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel with minimal SO2 added. Crisp and mineral, this is like a Mendoza Muscadet with a touch of flowers, making it perfect for springtime sipping.
