Sauvignon Blanc from Bruno Allion's former vines (he's retired now), fermented with wild yeast and aged on the lees in fiberglass vats, then bottled with almost no sulfur. Round and generous with ripe stone fruit and citrus zest, feels like there might be a little skin contact, but this definitely isn't an orange wine, just some nice texture to it.
