Jean-Pascal Aubron's cousin owns a plot of old-vine Sauv Blanc next to JP's vines and they vinify this wine together. This gorgeous Sauv Blanc comes from 40+ year old vines grown on gabbro and volcanic soils, fermented in stainless, unfined, lightly filtered with minimal SO2. Zippy, clean, and super refreshing, with grassy herbs, gooseberries, and green melon.
