Nerd alert. This is an orange wine made by Thierry and Jean-Marie Puzelat, from organic Touraine Sauvignon Blanc aged in Qvevri, Georgian clay pots, and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Funky and wild and definitely for the more adventurous.
