100% Sauvignon Blanc from a single organic vineyard in Coteaux d'Ancenis, northeast of Muscadet, hand harvested, fermented with native yeast and aged in a bunch of different sized old barrels for 7 months before bottling unfiltered with no sulfur added. Juicy and expressive with wild green apples, ripe citrus and fresh cut grass.
