This is a crisp, dry Pet-Nat rose made from a blend of Grolleau and Gamay Teinturier, which is a type of Gamay with red pulp instead of white. Quentin Bourse works completely naturally and this wine has no sulfur, or anything else added whatsoever. Clean in style and almost weightless and so easy to drink with notes of raspberry and orange zest and nice firm bubbles.
