100% Syrah from the village of St. Julien-en-St. Alban aged for 18-24 months on the lees. Minimal sulphur added contributes to fresh flavors of dark plums, raw meat, rosemary, violets, and dark chocolate. Leather and tar with a touch of rusticity add to creamy acid and soft tannins.
