This is Riesling from the Kick-On Ranch in Santa Barbara, hand harvested at sunrise, destemmed and wild fermented with the skins in open topped tanks for 7 days, then pressed off to used French barrels for 6 months and bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. A friendly orange with just a touch of texture from the skins and nice tropical notes to go with the zippy acidity that really lifts and balances this wine.
