This is an orange wine made from 57% Viognier, 23% Pinot gris, 20% Muscat from 2 organic vineyards in the Chelham Mountains, fermented on the skins for 23 days and then aged in mostly old French oak barrels with a few Acacia barrels in the mix, then blended to stainless steel tank, before bottling lightly filtered with minimal sulfur added. Citrus and floral and spiced with beautifully balanced acidity and smokey minerality.
