50% Chenin from the Loire (Anjou), 35% Mauzac from Limoux, 15% Colombard from the Southwest (Gers). An elegant nose with complex aromas of yellow fruits, dried citrus, white flowers and honey. Apple and fresh pear on the palate, balanced by a streak of bright citric acidity.
