What's going on is a zesty Pet Nat from a young winemaking couple in Rablay-sur-Layon - a blend of Chenin, Grolleau and some Cabernet Franc which finishes its ferment inside the bottle.
Boisterous natural fun, with just a touch of sugar remaining unfermented and heaps of crunchy citrus acidity and raspberry candy flavors.
