The organic grapes for this wine were sourced from Abbey Road Farm in Yamhill-Carlton. The wine presents a bright red ruby in the glass. Aromas of ripe red and black berry fruits waft from the glass highlighted with a hint of black pepper. The palate is light, though well-structured, with flavors of strawberries and black raspberries enveloping a savory core and silky, smooth tannins. The finish is punctuated with a lively acidity that calls you back for another sip. Pair with hard cheeses and paté, assorted sausages or crispy pork belly with a Thai garlic sauce.
