This is mostly Sauvignon Blanc with a little Sauvignon Gris left on the skins for a full month, then aged on the lees in fiberglass vat for another 6 months before getting bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. Really aromatic with juicy tangerine and stone fruit and just the right amount of grip from the skin contact. Jeremie and Blandine Choquet are a husband and wife team making beautiful natural wines after coming up under the legendary Puzelat brothers and this wine is inspired by their trip to Georgia.
