100% Roditis from organic 30+ year old vineyards, wild fermented in steel on the skins and stems for 30 days, then moved to old barrel for a quick 20 day nap, then back to steel to rest for a few months, then bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Light on its feet at just 11% with roasted citrus and salty minerality. Amazing with anything from the ocean coming off the grill.
