Bianco 2021 $17 100% Cortese from 20+ year old vineyards that have never seen chemicals, wild fermented on the skins for 3 days and aged all in steel, then lightly filtered and bottled with minimal sulfur. There is some texture from the skin contact, but really not an orange wine. Crushed apple and melon with a fresh finish.

Rosato 2021 $17 This is a blend of Barbera, Dolcetto, Croatina and a splash of Cortese made all in steel, lightly filtered and bottled with minimal sulfur. Perfect midweight rosé for this moody spring weather with notes of crushed cherry and rhubarb with a zippy finish.

Rosso 2021 $17 Same blend as the Rosato with a little more time on the skins, 7 days, and aged all in concrete until spring. Deeper red fruit with smoky minerality and mossy forest floor notes and a lipsmacking finish. Great with a little chill, but can go either way.
