Cayetana and Pardina. Wild yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Unfiltered and unfined. Very expressive aromas of white fruits (pear and apple). Small touch of aniseed aromas. Good gateway orange, with a sweet touch and a dry finish. Well-balanced acid. It has a touch of bitterness on the finish.
