50% Glera, 45% Pinot Grigio and 5% Chardonnay co-fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The grapes are from vines 3-20 years of age grown in compact clay-loam soils. Fruity, with hints of white flowers and a surprisingly mineral sensation given by the Mediterrean breeze and the terroir close to the lagoon of Venice. Enjoy with simple seafood pasta dishes.
